Consultation with Provincial sport/leisure(loisir) organizations (PSO's) on sections of water with recreational interest. Obligating planners, developers and water managers to consult with PSO's whenever infrastructure is to be build, maintained or modified to ensure both safe and continued co-habitation as well as obligate possible accomodation to the waterway environment to promote the development of recreational spaces (both natural and artificially created).
